On Friday evening we have a tail gate party, but the cooking (as you can see) starts hours before the crowd arrives. Last year (and hopefully this year too) Scott Young
was our head "Pit Master" with BBQ also being cooked (and donated) by Dick Ford, and Mike Webb.
