Car show agenda for Friday, Sat. Sun. 6.11.11 through 6.13.11

• Friday the 10th~Registration, hotel check in
• Check in at the Hampton INN, will be after 3:00 pm, with show registration for those not pre registered  available in the lobby of the Hampton Inn from  4:30 pm. until 6:30 pm

 

• Friday the 10th~Tail gate party
  The tail gate party will start at aproximatly 5:30-6:00 pm.
• All food, and and beverages are provided by the car show Host , the Jaguar Club of Tulsa.

Agenda continued

• Saturday the 11th~ Car show 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  Placement of cars for the show will began at  8:00 am, and will be completed by 11:00 in. Judging (peoples choice) will occur from 11:30 to 1:00. Winners "in class" will be announced at  evening Banquette which is being held in the banquette room at the Hampton Inn.

 

• Saturday the 11th~ SCCA Rally 2-pm-4-pm

• Saturday the 11th~ Banquet 6:00 pm-9:30 pm
  Awards, and presentations for class winners and placers will be given out at the awards banquette that is being held in the banquette room of the Hampton Inn.  Cocktails (beer and wine) will began being served  at 6:00 (cash bar) with dinner being served at 7:00
•  Menu for dinner will be prime rib, roasted chicken, garlic potatoes, mixed vegetables, shrimp salad with three choices of dressing.

 

• Sunday the 12th~ Slalom (JCNA sanctioned)
• 8:00 am- 12:30 pm
  The slalom will be in the K-Mart parking lot with registration and safety checks starting at 8:00. A drivers meeting will be held at (aprox.) 9:30 with the first racers away from the starting line shortly after.
