| The 2010
EuMoEx.com car show will be the fourth (4th) annual Euro Motor Extravaganza
charity car show that is being sponsored by the Jaguar club of Tulsa.
This year the recipient charity will be the Shiners Transportation
fund.
This years featured
Marque is the MG, with the show being co-sponsored by the "Green
Country MG Register". Thanks Guys!
Early registrants will
receive a EuMoEx.com Hat along with their "goodie bag" but
if you'd like another (Second or third) hat please feel free to
purchase one from us here on line using your pay pal account!
If you would like an
EXTRA
EuMoEx.com hat, they come in two colors. There's the "who could
resist it" yellow as well as a light gray. Prices are $18.00 each,
or two for $30.00 for two. FREE shipping inside the USA, or
Canada!!

Friday: June
11th
3:00 ~
(and on) Hotel check in. If you chose to
stay in the lovely Sand Springs Hampton Inn. Please
note that there has been a special room rate provided
by the Sand Springs Hampton Inn for all show members
at the hotel. It's $85.00 per that Friday night.
Normal room rates would be closer to $120 per evening
on Friday nights and during the week ends.
4:30 pm
~ Car show registration will be performed in the front
room of the Hampton Inn, located in Sand Springs
6:30 pm
~ TAIL GATE PARTY
Saturday:
June 12th. 8:00-10:00
Registration & set up downtown Sand Springs.
10:00-1:00
Cars and Cycles in place, participants choice judging.
1:45 PM is drivers meeting for the SCCA 50
mile car Rally that will start at approx. 2:15 pm.
and run until approx. 5:00 pm Entrance fee /
donation is $15.00
6:00-8:30
PM (M/L) Catered awards dinner that will be held at Chastains
Casual Cafe & catering company located just
one block south of the "show area". The
address is 122 N.
Main,
Sand Springs.
This is a great place, and the name is not reflective
of the very cool atmospheres.

pm: Cocktails and conversation. There will be a cash
bar serving beer and wine, and various soft drinks.
Beer and Wine purchases will be able to be made
via tickets, and those tickets will be available for
purchase in the restaurant.
7:00-8:00
pm buffet style dinner. Menu yet to be determined .
7:30 -
8:30 pm Door prizes, and awards presentation.
Sunday
June 13th

AM-1:00 PM autocross in the Kmart parking lot on
